Since the establishment of AM Group, there have been many additions in our services which have complimented our business effectively. For over 2 Decades now AM Group has been successfully providing its clients with quality services. However, we thrive to work harder to become bigger and better.

 

 1991  AM Group was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a Transport company, in the name of Abdullah Al Marzooqy TransportAs the economy in the UAE flourished, it complimented our group and soon we took on projects in the field of civil construction as well as earth moving work.

 

 1997  AM Group further diversified its services in the field of Diesel Trading, Civil Works, Excavation, Backfilling, Road works, Debris Removal, Water Supplies, Drainage Services and Material Supply; (Red Sand, Black Sand).

 

 1998  AM Group started its first branch in the Emirate of Dubai as a Transport company in the name of Abdullah Al Marzooqy Transport, to provide the services of Excavation, backfilling and earth moving equipment in the emirate.

 

 2004  AM Group further expanded its services in Oman by acquiring the 100% Shares of the company Shati Al Hadi United Projects; Specialized in the field of Civil Works, Road Works and transportation of earth moving equipment.

 

 2011  Ali Al Maeeni General Transport, a leading supplier of earth moving equipment and specialized in Diesel Trading and Heavy Lifting equipment merged in AM Group to further strengthen the fleet of heavy lifting and construction equipment. 

 

 2013  AM Group further diversified its business by starting a joint venture with a Korean Based CNG Conversion Kits Manufacturer, CGSCorea Automobile Gas System. Later in the year, CGS was successfully awarded the contract by ADNOC Distribution for providing NGV - Natural Gas Vehicles Operator services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. 

 

 2015  SGS - Shukair General Services, One of the pioneers of Facility Management and Cleaning services company established in the year 1981 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Merged with AM Group. The Group further expanded its services across the UAE region as well as Oman.
